Chikaya: A Bilingual App for Submitting Complaints and Suggestions
Chikaya is a bilingual application (Arabic/French) that simplifies the process of submitting and tracking complaints, suggestions, and observations anytime, anywhere, and securely. It is a service provided by the national portal for complaints, "Chikaya.ma," which is part of the "Idarati" system. The app aims to strengthen the interaction between the administration and citizens, evaluate the administration's performance in Morocco, and improve the quality of public services.
The app offers several services, including submitting a request, tracking a complaint and communicating with the administration, expressing satisfaction level after the treatment, reopening a complaint, and viewing statistics. Users can identify the concerned organization and enter the personal information and necessary data related to the nature of their request. They can also monitor the status of their other complaints using the complaint number and their email address or phone number. Additionally, users can express their satisfaction level with the administration's response and reopen a complaint if they are not satisfied with the treatment. The app also provides a statistics section that gives a comprehensive view of the indicators and numbers related to complaints.
